If the people returned calls. I was told they would call me back then no call back. Loan took 60 + days to close. Could possibly have something to do with the pandemic why it took so long to close however people not getting back to you is unacceptable. I am so glad it is over.
The process started march 17th. We closed June 3rd. We had 3 appointments for closing which the person did not show up. My husband took off work 2 of the days to be home for the closings and cost us wage losses of over $700 for the person NOT to show up to closing. We started out with one guy who was our agent then another guy then some woman by the name of Naomi then finally Brittany. We had no problems with Brittany. Overall, we are glad it is done but was displeased with the process.
I received the help needed to achieve my goal and feel more financially sound now with the help of the Penny Mac team. Thanks
