Quick and easy service all considering the current situation with covid-19. The process was fluid without any obstacles (besides time due to the pandemic) and communication was a breeze.
Fast and efficient
Emeldo was terrible with communication. I would get an email stating something and then request to speak with him and not hear back for days. Also, I had a cashier's check ready for closing and got an email at 11:45pm the night before my 8:00am notary appointment that the closing amount had changed. How was I supposed to respond to that? Overall, I feel as though I ended up having to produce more out of pocket money than I was told and was not given answers. Unacceptable.
Tahirah was very good and helped a lot. Tim, got the loan to where we where not paying over $9,000.00 for the total loan and no money down. Thank you both, Cheryl and Matteo Mastrovalerio
The whole process was clearly defined so we knew what to expect and communication was exceptional.
I sent emails and questions to my loan officer to be answered quickly however she mentioned she had to send to other departments, so this took some time and sometimes did not even get communicated to them according to loan officer, not sure who was to blame but finally after speaking to Regina she set everything straight and answered my emails and concerns. Work on better communication between your departments and streamline the process with one contact during entire process.

From the initial application with Mr. Vandervele, to Mr. Kapaun, and Grace Kapaun, to the Notary, everyone was professional, knowledgeable about refinancing, and everything was timely and in order. Mr. Kapaun went out of his way to be personable, and clients need that little added touch, you do not feel like your just another number in the book, we would definitely ask for Mr. Kapaun if we ever refi again.
