Being able to speak with a representative when questions arouse. Additionally, there were times correspondence/requests for documents came from another office/representative. At times not sure who I was dealing with.
I selected Great because there was no selection between "Great" and "Just All Right". The rating I would give is "Good". There were some time labs between getting responses that some how were not received for periods of time. I understand that this may have been impacted by the COVID-19 and demand imposed by the low interest rates. Recommend that you consider offering what your competitors are "allowing lowering interest rates if they lower before closing. Especially Existing Customer.
