Overall the experience was easy and the people are worked with were great!
I'm very happy that I refinanced my house with PennyMac. It was a lot easier than I expected considering all communication was via phone until I signed the closing documents. Their customer service was great and overall it was a great experience and decision that not only lowered my mortgage payment but is also going to save me a ton of money. I would recommend to anyone!

The service I received from PennyMac was really great. From the beginning of the process the representative was very attentive to my questions and gave me answers. I was also given step by step information about the process. When I had questions they were answered prompt and precise. Signing the closing documents was a good experience the notary was very professional and pleasant. My overall experience was great.

We were supposed to close in March but due to who knows who it didnt happen. It took a whole month for someone to tell me what is going on. I did not pay April thinking i didnt have to. Got charged a late fee and almost affected my credit. No one would also call me back. I would have to call almost daily to get answers. I was about to just go to another bank.
