I got help when my Experian credit check was very difficult to access to remove the credit freeze. They were very patient with me when it took extra time to send documents.
The second time i went through the loan process it went very well. Everything was communicated well and the closing was earlier than i expected and cheaper. The first time however was a nightmare. I was asked for all manner of documents that did not make sense to me. I called the loan officer at least a half a dozen times with no answer, left a voicemail to no response, and emailed him to also no response. Then was denied the refinance with no warning.
Everyone that I dealt with was very informative and touched base frequently throughout the process to make sure that we were informed.

Overall, the loan process was pretty simple from begin to end even through a global pandemic. I am satisfied with my new rate and loan.
Overall the process went well. I would say that the beginning part of getting the loan was difficult to understand the financial numbers.
I had no communication for months. Whatever loan officer called me in early May explained that our application fell through the cracks because former officer left the company ... this caused us to not be able to take advantage of lower interest rates. Last loan offer we spoke with was great and told us about opportunities never mentioned for months during this process.
