Tracy Parker is the best.
The initial cost described by my loan officer differed from the costs outlined on the paperwork, and required several revisions to be accurate as sometimes there were additional fees added into the revised closing document that we hadn't discussed. I asked several times for the initial conversation to be monitored and it was not. As for Erica that processed my loan - she was great about communication, regular check-ins, and following up when there were discrepancies.
