Due to Covid-19 regulations documents requested were not received properly and were requested several times which held things up. Improvements on communication in this area would be greatly helpful.

Lauren was absolutely thorough, accurate, polite, and timely in all her correspondence with me. I did send one incorrect document but felt that the loan company was too particular in pursuing proof of my changed name (they had already been notified that my license AND SS card were up to date with my correct name). I did appreciate the clear emails, informing me of what documents or other actions I needed to take to help with the loan process.

The steps were clear, but who needed to be at the loan was not. I was told that my husband did not need to be there. But got an automated email saying he did. My rep assured me that he did not need to be at the signing. But, at the signing he had about half a dozen pages he needed to sign. Thankfully due to COVID-19 our closing time got pushed back and my husband was able to be there once he got off work. Otherwise it was pretty seamless giving the circumstances of the pandemic!😊

Service was good, the loan agents were able to help us with our needs and complaints. The only problem is it took longer to close due to closing documents being different from what we agreed on.

I truly appreciated Jason's guidance through this refinancing process and the conscientious manner in which the appraiser and notary came to the house to complete their information gathering during this pandemic. Thank you, Helen Branstetter

The closing statements had to be verified multiple times, as they were not accurate as to the previous agreement. In the end the result was ok, but frustrating to get there. It was difficult to communicate using the online portal, as the organization of this system is not intuitive.
