Very easy and painless process. Started on a Saturday and within 3 weeks had a mobile notary at my house signing the closing documents.
From the moment I called and talked to Daniel he was stellar. We were able to get a great rate and moved through the initial process of starting the refinance easily. From there we started working with Nichole and she was a rockstar! She communicated all the information in a way we understood, and always took time to answer our questions.
