Great experience
It was a smooth process. Everyone I worked with was very helpful.
Updating the payoff statements when I sent them several times to get a more accurate closing statement. Also it would make more sense to send the payoffs directly to the creditors instead of to me then I sending them back to the creditors.
I enjoyed the process
The process went smoothly and there there was always good communication of the loan process. John and the PennyMac team took their time to answer all my questions.
I have the loan docs provided by the mobile notary, but I have yet to see documents on my PennyMac online account and FINAL closing documents. Still waiting.
It felt like everyone was on our side to get it done!
