It was a smooth process. Everyone I worked with was very helpful.
Updating the payoff statements when I sent them several times to get a more accurate closing statement. Also it would make more sense to send the payoffs directly to the creditors instead of to me then I sending them back to the creditors.

carmelita was excellent when closing was delayed for a day because the title company sent the wrong documents, she was incredibly helpful and responsive
The process went smoothly and there there was always good communication of the loan process. John and the PennyMac team took their time to answer all my questions.
