Overall my experience was better than expected, anytime I had a question or didn’t fully understand the pennymac team would respond quickly and fully explain processes so I can have a better understanding.
The same documents were being asked for, it seemed like we wasn’t going to close, closing date kept being pushed back, the timeframe was longer than expected. Overall, I’m just happy it got done.
Willing to match the offer of other lender. Went beyond to lower fees. Closing ontime and hassle free.
Due to Covid-19 regulations documents requested were not received properly and were requested several times which held things up. Improvements on communication in this area would be greatly helpful.
