Clear, concise communication
Refinancing went quickly. PennyMac sent personnel to my house to sign all closing documents in person. Very convenient! Their staff members were competent and friendly.

Regina was outstanding and was always there to help me throughout the process, she helped me every step of the way and told me what information was need from my new employer so we could get back on track to get my re-financed. Quite frankly, due to Penny Mac trying to get out of my re-finance due to COVID, I was planning to find a new lender, and I would have if not for Regina.
Everything was fine when it came to the title company I was not told to make the check out to the title company but I made it out to you. Now I have to give them a new cashier check. That’s $8.00. Plus what ever it’s going to cost me to reduce it not happy.
