Went really well
The experience was professional and clear. Quick response time of question needing to be clarified Very pleased with our refinanced agents every step of the way.
Communication was very poor. There should have been regular updates on the process. At one point, I was ready to walk away.
Working with PennyMac was very easy from start to finish. I feel like they listened to my needs and I was able to get exactly what I needed. The documents I received were accurate from the 1st contact all the way to closing.
Little confused on the final paperwork me and ex-wife had to sign but was eventually worked out
Very happy with the overall process and the personal attention by the loan agents.
Great customer service
The process went without a hitch. The only real concern I had was having an appraiser in my house to take pictures of each and every room, especially during the coronavirus.
There was a lot of disconnect between people. We would talk to someone and they would say one thing and another person would say something else. Communication was not clear and we had to follow up a lot to make sure everything was working out ok.
