I appreciate the prompt and courteous responses from the PennyMac team. Given the unique times, I didn't feel that response time or level of service was comprised at all. I appreciate everyone on the team, especially Carmelita and Matt that helped to make my refinancing experience a less stressful one.

I'm very pleased with how quickly the refinance went through. When I had a few adjustments/ requests regarding the loan terms, Tahirah listened carefully and made sure that everything was exactly as I wanted. Also, I love that I was able to do a 23-year loan term, and not be limited to just 15, 20 or 30-year options.
