The only reason I stayed an finished my loan was Becca of Carmelita she was good to work with an answered questions. Before Carmelita was assigned to my loan this was the biggest shit show I’ve been apart of Once I finished my application I did not hear from the original loan agent again. Not even an email back. He dumped everything onto his assistants lap which the communication was a little better but not much. There were a couple times I had to call an figure things out on my own
Thank you Carmelita and Penny Mac Team. Considering all the factors going on with the Pandemic, everything went very smooth. If I have to reify anything again I hope that Carmelita is available to work with. She was a Delight to work with and very efficient. Thanks again. God Bless America!! John A.
