Very good service
The loan officer Maxwell Mitchell took the time and effort to explain things clearly. His follow thru was amazing! He was clear in explaining all of the information and patient with all of my questions!
I decided to refinance since the interest rates where lowered. During the middle of the process they changed my loan type, which was a better deal for me with even lower rates. This postponed our closing for two weeks, which wasn't a problem for me. Everyone I worked with was great. Thank you Penny Mac! They truly appreciate their customers.

Overall process went good but still not happy with couple of things.
we had issues with communication of who would come to are home to Notarize the paperwork, tried calling but no one would pick up the phone or return are call. Also we were told that my husband would be on the title and then when it came to sign he wasn’t so from that part I feel there was miss communication. We do understand that hard due to the epidemic .
Everything was timely, and while efficient, the conversations were never rushed. It was a simple and easy process.
