I feel kind of left out on the greeting on my emails always address to my husband Paul rather than me.

Everything was communicated clearly. I was kept in constant contact with updates weekly or more frequently which I really appreciated. Service was friendly and warm. My experience with the PennyMac from the salesperson to the final documentation was amazingly simple and painless. I was very impressed that under the circumstances with everyone working from home that the process was so seamless. When I started talking to PennyMac about my loan people were still working in the office and over the course of the process they were transitioning to working from home, but they were prompt with making calls and contact on time.
