Quick and simple process :)
The whole process was pretty seamless however a little of the communication was fuzzy.
Took longer than expected to close, had to do my own leg work to get property tax information when it should have been PennyMac responsibility.

Everything went smooth and easy!! Didn’t have to leave the house. Everything was done at home online and even the notary came to our house! TracyP. and TerrenceS. were so awesome and helpful and answered any questions I had and thanks to everyone else who was involved. Would and will recommend PennyMac to friends and family!! Thanks!!!
