Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful answered all questions. process moved very quickly.
I understand that there are delays because of the crisis, but responses were slow. Not enough information about the wire transfer. My closing documents had a closing rate that was higher, and that higher amount got referenced a bunch of times when I originally got a much lower amount from the beginning.
This refinancing streamline experience was very easy , short and to the point . It wasn’t nothing I asked that they didn’t look into to make sure I received the lowest rate and best payment . I was very pleased with my experience. Thank you pennymac .
