I was very pleased with the whole transaction. It was simple.
I wanted to save money each month on my mortgage, and I was able to get the lowest interest rate around. I really appreciated Max answering all of my questions (and I had many). Everyone was super friendly and helpful and bent over backwards to meet my expectations.
Everything was great when working with Marlon then everything fell apart. Weeks went by without hearing from anyone and when I called and spoke to a team member I was told of items needed. Completely out of touch with the process. I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere to finally get this loan to be processed. It took much longer to finalize and this started months before COVID. I will not be interested in refinance ever again with this company.
Polite, courteous, profession, answered the questions clearly, not in legal or financial mumbo jumbo.
