I was very pleased with the whole transaction. It was simple.
Everything was great when working with Marlon then everything fell apart. Weeks went by without hearing from anyone and when I called and spoke to a team member I was told of items needed. Completely out of touch with the process. I had to threaten to take my business elsewhere to finally get this loan to be processed. It took much longer to finalize and this started months before COVID. I will not be interested in refinance ever again with this company.
Everything was communicated clearly. I was kept in constant contact with updates weekly or more frequently which I really appreciated. Service was friendly and warm. I felt they were genuinely there to help me with any questions or concerns. I was very pleased with the service from the start to completion of the loan process. Thank you!!
