Communication was not consistent through the different departments that we dealt with. We were being told very different things on very specific questions.

My loan officer, Jorge, was very helpful and attentive answering all of my questions with kindness and patience. Other employees that I encountered were also very helpful. I have had Penny Mac since purchasing my home 2 years ago and have no complaints. This most recent loan was a refinance and it couldn't have gone smoother!
Carmelita was very responsive and knowledgeable. She kept in contact with me on a weekly basis with updates every step of the way. There was one small glitch but she was immediately on it and resolved it that same day. She is a huge asset to her team and your company. Great job Carmelita!
