I have an F350 went in for an oil change and tires. both me and my truck were there for 5 days. no other work was done!

Ifeel like I kinda got 2different storys, one when Ioriginally called about the tire censor and a differnt one i brought it in, originallyit wouldnt take long to do then it was we need it for hours, ijust wouldlike to get it staight from the beggining.

came for a car on website. salesman drives me all over the lot looking for it then says it's at emissions. the offer is over 5k higher than the price online. his explanation was title licensing doc fees safety inspection detailing, etc. told him it was too much he asks how much I can afford. I give him my max and he demands 1500 more pressuring me to finance.Tell him no and all of a sudden trade in is worth enough to get my price. Wait 4 hours to test drive. Takes 6 hours total. Bait and switch.

I do not like getting phone calls asking me if I want to trade my car in! If I wanted to trade my car in, I would have been there speaking about cars. I also will not fill out the comment card, this is not fair for the service adviser who works hard. Just because I do not like something it is not his/her fault it is the fault of the person who start, example calling me asking me to trade my car in! :(

It took 10 days to get a bunch of little things done for a new truck. Not acceptable. I was NOT given a like truck. Rather a small SUV.

Out of all of the car purchases I've done this place tops worst customer service by far. From sales to finance guy all of them. There is a lack of client care and professionalism from surrounding sales guys too.
