Logan was rude and condescending. He told me the appointment time is when the customer needs to be there not when service starts. I only needed a light bulb replaced, but I ended up waiting at Ford for 2 hours.

Vehicle still not fixed after 4 times back Customer service is horrible Quality of work is horrible

The service man that I had was just rotten. He never kept me up-to-date took their time fixing my car plus I had a rental it was costing me $70 a day and my car still isn't fixed today after I paid $1800 for it it's still making the sound. I will not take my car back there again. I never had trouble with anybody else, but this service man was no good and I've been going there for years. I would not recommend him to nobody.

Car was not was when they said they would. Tried to charged a shop fee of 49 bucks Car was not ready durning SLA

I was informed that Peoria Ford had the recall parts I needed which is why I utilized thier services. Dropped my vehicle off with them for the recall repair and 20k mile maintenance. A week later I was advised they had just got the parts and would begin work, a week later. A week after that when I further inquired the status, I was advised my items covered by warranty I needed replaced weren't able to be replicated by the staff and the battery had died. I waited for almost a full year for a part to fix a recall. The only reason I got the part needed is because I called to ask about it and the person who answered was able to make it happen. I find it absolutely unacceptable that a recall on a part that I can't find on Amazon could not be replaced for almost a year!
