Terrible communication. Service rep would never call me back. Just email me in ALL CAPS. Shop tech's strongly recommended Oil change, cooling system flush, transmission flush and other work. Funny thing, I had Peoria Ford do ALL those things 8,000 miles ago!!

This car was bought back by Ford under AZ lemon law due to going through two transmissions. Peoria Ford is a horrible place for services and an even worse place to buy vehicles from

Went over my 2 hour wait and it was 3 hours. At 9:45 they stated I needed almost 1k of work for the 25k miles. I already stated I can only afford an oil change today, as I have not been paid since May, but did say fine to the air filter. I went up at 11 asking about my vehicle if it was done. It was NOT done. They had not put in th filter yet. 15 minutes later I did get my car back. If they can't stay within their 2 hour time frame then they should not schedule so many appointments.
