We brought our pup here for a bath and he also received a free day of play as a new guest. The staff was absolutely amazing here and I got a fun tour of the facilities. I will say they have some nice areas and some areas that are a little outdated or need some deep cleaning, but overall it was fine. Whiskey enjoys it here. I usually board him whenever I need to leave town for a few days. The best part is the early check-in when I have an early flight for a small fee and they are only 5 minutes from the airport.

My dogs are the ones that are absolutely crazy for the Pet Paradise in Charlotte Airport. One of my dogs has just turned 5 months old and if I would let her she would go to Doggie Day Care everyday; even if she had to walk the 15 miles to get there. I love it too. My dogs are well cared for and happy when I pick them up. In fact, at times I think they would just be happy to stay at the Pet Paradise. I think this place is great. We have two fur babies and one is considered a bully breed but she is a sweet sassy little thing who loves to give kisses. I love the fact that they have cameras but I wish they would cover a little more outside. I love the way the hotel rooms are set up because they allow my babies to get outside rather than being cramped in a room. They even have a pool!! I moved to Charlotte over 10 years ago and had a hard time finding a kennel I could trust. I kept on trying different kennels in all parts of Charlotte. Finding a good place for my dogs meant a lot to us since they are like our children. I knew I found the perfect place as soon as my dogs jumped out of my truck in excitement!!! I love this place and my dogs love it as well. I have 2 pitbulls and they get a bad wrap when it comes to boarding and doggie day care places! The people know exactly how to handle my crazy boys and know that they play hard and don't have a mean or aggressive bone in their body. They didn't discriminate against them since they are pitbulls and treated them like they where part of their family. I recommend them to everyone I talk to. I've been using Pet Paradise for boarding my amstaff the for a while now and have consistently had an overall good experience. I especially appreciate the report cards and pictures they'll email you during your pup's stay. The staff here at the CLT-Airport location are amazing! Always courteous, attentive and endeavoring to make sure the fur babies get the best care they need. Most are also dog owners themselves! I would recommend them to any pet owners looking for boarding or day camp services!

Absolutely Wonderful Place. My dog loves it. Draco goes to them fairly frequently because of our travel and jobs and he's always excited to be there. He is always in really good spirits and healthy and clean when we pick him up. The staff is always super helpful and the groomer Savannah does a great job every time. Every single time we have never been disappointed.
