I love this place, so does AJ! And he is a total home body! He was never a swimmer (crazy for a lab!) before Pet Paradise but now he throws his own tennis ball into the pool there and dives in for it. All of the employees recognize him when he arrives (maybe because he's the most obnoxious??) and give him extra special attention. It's a clean place and the "rooms" are spacious with indoor and outdoor areas for your Fido. And I love that PP gives us rescuers a discount.

This place is great! The customer service is awesome and they are so accommodating to my puppy who has not yet been nuetered. The kennels are of good size and I'm impressed in their water system, and I love the doggy pool! I'm boarding my puppy this weekend!

It's always great to see smiling faces and happy dogs when I drop off my Doberman Reece. More than that my wife and I got back late and I arrived to pickup Reece @ 6:15pm, 15 minutes past closing time. I didn't realize they shut down the entire operation and there was no after house pickup but just before I gave up a friendly face came to the door and let me in. Redeemed themselves. The manager Sarah made sure to take Sir Broadway back to his room and it looked like she had everyone aware of my concerns before we even got there. Sarah did a fantastic job in making sure Sir Broadway's toys and blanket came right back with him and stayed with him. My older Golden has been going to Pet Paradise since he was a year old. He has been to Jacksonville, Saint Augustine and now goes here with his sister golden. Their facility is top notch, they have an amazing swimming pool. Staff are super nice. My two goldens go to Pet Paradise once a week, wish I could send them more often.

My dogs love Pet Paradise!!!!! They can't wait to get out of the car to go in to the facility. They love the pool and meeting new friends. The staff is so good with them and I know my pups are having a wonderful time.

Without a doubt, one of the best places to take your dog. My Sadie gets so excited when she gets there and she is exhausted when I pick her from daycare. The staff is extremely friendly and really care about Sadie.

Pet Paradise is hands down the best dog boarding facility in Charlotte. I leave my pups there with full confidence that they are being cared for and attended to properly. The staff is wonderful and the facilities are kept clean. The outdoors area has doggy bags for your pups and is kept clean. Juno & Porter get so excited when we turn onto Boyer Road because they cannot wait to play! I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new boarding facility.
