Great place to leave your pet for the day or overnight. We have an upcoming trip where we will leave our two small dogs and our cat. The facility is clean and they have practices in place to alert other staff if there are issues among the dogs. You also receive a report card soon after your visit and if you want to pay extra they have grooming services, and treats. I especially like that my dogs will be able to stay together in one kennel.

We've had our dog stay at Pet Paradise twice in the past few months. We've been very happy so far. The employees are very congenial, accommodating and helpful before, during and after the visit. We're now dropping our dog off for a third time. That has to tell you something! Pet Paradise is a very clean facility. Ill start this review by saying this is only the 2nd time I've had to board my now 14 yr old pug. Prior to December of this year, my friends or family watched him but over the summer he developed epilepsy so now I don't leave that on anyone and refer to experts for care. The first time I had to board him did not go well but it was not at Pet Paradise. A friend referred me to Pet Paradise by the airport and I'm glad I brought him here. My dog loves Pet Paradise. She loves their doggie day camp and they take great care of her. No matter if you are boarding or doggie day camp they will take excellent care of your pet, They also have cameras so you can log on and watch your dog during playtime. We've also used their grooming service and we make sure we pay for the ice cream treats as well. Also good to know their is someone on site 24 hours a day.

I've been taking my boys there maybe 8 months? The place is huge & even has a swimming pool! They don't crate them, they have a nice size indoor/ outdoor suites. Unlike other places...you don't need to reserve a space except Holidays. They have longer hours on the weekends. Incredible staff...mostly the same since we've been going there, which says a lot! This is a very well-organized, professional, friendly, and clean facility. The staff does a great job matching the right playgroup with your dog's temperament. And if your dog likes to swim, he/she will be in for a treat. The location near the airport couldn't be more convenient for travel. Pet Paradise also has longer weekday and weekend hours compared to other doggy daycares/boarding locations. And having someone onsite overnight is a huge reassurance. This will be our go-to for both daycare and boarding.

The BEST dog boarding facility in/around Charlotte (the Matthews location is awesome too). Consistent staff (no high turnover) means my dog is comfortable while there as they know his habits and preferences. They've always followed my dogs feeding instructions to the letter (important as he has a sensitive stomach), and everyone there has an exemplary client service attitude - friendly, professional, and thorough. My two-year-old mixed breed rescue dog must have had a traumatic experience before we adopted her one year ago. She is extremely timid and nervous around adults especially men and is uncomfortable in settings with lots of dogs. The staff at Pet Paradise were aware of this when they evaluated her ability to be a regular border at their facility when we go on vacation and made every effort to accommodate her. We love Pet Paradise and would not have our dog go anywhere else! Everyone is so friendly and helpful and make the drop off/pick up process as easy as possible. They even went the extra mile to make sure our dog ate while staying there after we experienced the loss of our other dog. Also a huge plus that they are able to provide after hours drop off/pick up by appointment. Love Pet Paradise!
