Pet Paradise makes our vacations possible! They take such great care of our 30 lbs mutt and he gets tons of play. Pet Paradise is a great community partner, too. They partner with non-profits, like Humane Society of Charlotte, on food drives to help out struggling families in the area. Make sure to "check in" on the Yelp app to get a free doggy ice cream during your pet's stay!
They take excellent care of my fur-babies. I wouldn't trust anyone else. I travel for a living so having them is a real luxury.

This facility is amazing and the staff is AMAZING. They truly go above and beyond. I had so many particular needs for my doggies. Regarding their feeding and medications, they were so amazing! The staff is COMPLETELY competent and truly love our furbabies. It is shame others might think differently. Pet Paradise is like an extension of our own home and we would never go anywhere else! This place is awesome! My dogs have been in daycares since they were puppies so I have high expectations for daycares. We just recently moved to Charlotte and found this daycare on yelp. The facility looks like a hotel, feels like one, and smells clean. Many other dog daycares we have tried in Charlotte give our dogs back smelling like urine which I can't stand. After planning our 25th wedding trip to Europe, our long time trainer closed shop and cancelled our reservations for our 10 y/o German Shepherd. Since there are not many places near us to board a large breed, we searched the internet for places farther away. Let me just say that this place is worth the 2 HOUR drive one way for us!! I've been impressed with the staff here. Always smiling, nice and attentive. I boarded my 8 year old Yorkie overnight and can tell that he was well taken care of. Considering that I'm new to pet boarding facilities, this place has definitely met my expectations so much.

Absolutely love pet paradise! I always feel like my dog is safe and happy when I drop her off. The staff members are so welcoming to both owners and pets when you arrive and are incredibly helpful. Not to mention the adorable photos they post everyday on Facebook-might be the best parts! Will for sure keep using pet paradise for both boarding and daycare services.

My Eden loves her playtime here and I love it when she is happy. The staff is very courteous and patient with her as she is still a puppy even though she looks like a mini horse. lol
