My daughter took her dog there to board her for a couple of days and she was happy to see how they treated her dog also another thing that she loved she was able to see her dog on camera while was playing outside with other dogs she loved the place

Pricey but wouldn't want to put our dogs somewhere cheap. You get in life what you pay for and with pet paradise (we did airport and university) you get happy tails when you pick them up. Great cameras to see all the action and great care they give your babies.

Pretzel, my dog, loves coming here to this pet resort. She's very anxious when we leave her, but when we pick her up, she's all happy. We have been to the one by the airport and the one downtown. Both are excellent! I like the cameras they have available so whenever you want to check in on your pup, you can see how they're doing. We're so glad we have pet paradise for my pretzel when we're in the Jacksonville area.

We initially did not want to come here because it was more expensive and had a higher dog to staff ratio as seen on the cameras online, but now we realized we misjudged PP. Luna loves Pet Paradise way better than her former day care center. You wouldn't be able to tell that from watching her in the yard but every time I ask her if she wants to go to daycare she gets so excited and rarely looks back at me when I hand her over to the staff member. I've been taking both my dogs to the University Location for the last three years. I absolutely love the staff and they treat my dogs like family. I love when they take pictures of them and send them to me.

My dog loves it here! He goes 2-3 days each week for "day care.". He's happy jumping out of the car and happy when he's coming home. I love the days he goes swimming. He jumps in the water, chasing the balls. Best part - he comes home tired and happy . And that makes me happy. Staff are super helpful. They always great us by name. Thank you Pet Paradise!

I cannot say enough good things about this location. We have been bringing my pup here since she was a pup. The staff here goes above and beyond and clearly loves animals. I've used both the daycare and boarding for my dog. We love the daycare, extended hours, and when we pick our dog up she is TIRED. Boarding is fantastic too, the cameras to watch the pups during the day is a great aspect.

Our energetic boy Banzai has been staying here for almost 2 years and this is his favorite Pet Paradise as he is very well taken cared of by Molly, Georgia and the rest of the gang. On the last visit, he got his nails trimmed for only $10 and looks really good as we have a hard time getting him to stay still at home if we do it. As always, we are very grateful for Pet Paradise University as they really love our fur babies :)
