love that they open at 0630, there is tons of room to play, lots of different boarding options, reasonable prices and everyone we've interacted with has been so welcoming and sweet to both dogs. One of the pups is very nervous around new people and usually takes awhile to adjust but it took one getting acquainted session to make him comfortable at this location! Both of the pups were exhausted (in a great way) when we picked them up. Also bonus that they are open holidays & offer a military discount!

This place is my Lacey's home away from home. Sometimes it's difficult to travel with an elder dog so Pet Paradise is the best option for boarding whenever I need to be on the road for even a day or two. They are always accommodating with her feeding and regimen schedule as well. I know that she's in good hands and I love receiving Pawgress Reports about her stay! It's also beneficial to be able to view doggie cam footage whenever I want to check in on her! Love it and highly recommend!!

First time boarding my 2 year old pup. I was pretty nervous because he can be a handful and is very high energy, especially around other dogs. The staff reassured me he would be in great hands when I dropped him off. I called to check in on him the next day and they gave me a full update about how wonderful he was doing. The facilities here are great but the people at Pet Paradise are even better. Top quality care for our dog, Duke, and he loves going. Highly recommend!!

I was in Jax for work and brought up my two 80lb boxers. We tried out a couple dog places and even one was recommended. Our pups seemed tired, but stressed out. One more try and that's when we found Pet Paradise Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was playing with the pups. The pups body language in the videos was not stressed. I've just picked my precious boy Charlie up after a three day stay and we are both in love with Pet Paradise! From the moment we walked in every single staff member was genuinely so kind and caring towards my nervous big guy. You can't fake that! Every person I met who works here loves dogs. And they didn't mind me calling once a day to check on him. My dog is my child and for the first time almost ever I've found someplace that I'm not sad to leave him if I have to go out of town. We just moved to the area and our dog has some special needs! Pet Paradise staff were AMAZING with our boy! I can tell he had a great time when he comes home and sleeps for days after a visit to Pet Paradise! Thank you PP staff! For taking such great care of our boy!
