My pups are my children so I don't trust them with just anyone. Pet Paradise puts me at ease every time they are boarded there. My dogs are treated with so much love and respect. My dogs come home super happy. They love playing with the other dogs. I highly recommend Pet Paradise.

They take very good care of the dogs while we are out of town. Nice facilities, clean living areas, happy staff. 5 stars for the important stuff. If that is all you need to know - please stop reading now. There are, however, a number of small irritants involved with being a customer here. First, they recently added a veterinary clinic at this location. love that they open at 0630, there is tons of room to play, lots of different boarding options, reasonable prices and everyone we've interacted with has been so welcoming and sweet to both dogs. One of the pups is very nervous around new people and usually takes awhile to adjust but it took one getting acquainted session to make him comfortable at this location! Both of the pups were exhausted (in a great way) when we picked them up. Also bonus that they are open holidays & offer a military discount!

This place is my Lacey's home away from home. Sometimes it's difficult to travel with an elder dog so Pet Paradise is the best option for boarding whenever I need to be on the road for even a day or two. They are always accommodating with her feeding and regimen schedule as well. I know that she's in good hands and I love receiving Pawgress Reports about her stay! It's also beneficial to be able to view doggie cam footage whenever I want to check in on her! Love it and highly recommend!!

First time boarding my 2 year old pup. I was pretty nervous because he can be a handful and is very high energy, especially around other dogs. The staff reassured me he would be in great hands when I dropped him off. I called to check in on him the next day and they gave me a full update about how wonderful he was doing. I was in Jax for work and brought up my two 80lb boxers. We tried out a couple dog places and even one was recommended. Our pups seemed tired, but stressed out. One more try and that's when we found Pet Paradise Resort. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff was playing with the pups. The pups body language in the videos was not stressed.
