Our dog loves staying at Pet Paradise. Everyone is very nice and the pool is a huge benefit. I would definitely recommend Pet Paradise.

This is a great place to board your dogs! The facility is very nice and clean and the staff is great. I never have to worry about my fur baby when I have to travel. I know he's well taken care of. Highly recommended!

If I'm using pet boarding, it's gotta' be at Pet Paradise! Period. My Yorkie, CoCo, is not spoiled at all! And although he's not what I would call "a regular", the staff knows him. That's simply because Pet Paradise has it all and their customer service is on point! They are so friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about every animal that crosses the threshold. Great place that our dogs love to visit. We love vip daycare drop off. Just wish the rewards program worked for all phone types or was visit based.

I have a German shepherd mix who is very afraid of new people. When I first took her to Pet Paradise, she was a little skittish, but when I picked her, she was happy and allowing all of the staff to pet her. Now, every time I tell her she is going to daycare, she gets really excited and when I get there to drop her off, she tried to jump the gate to get to the back. She has never been this outgoing with other people before. I would recommend Pet Paradise to anyone who needs daycare or boarding,

This is my first experience with Pet Paradise and my first time boarding my furry baby. I've definitely been a helicopter mom and called nearly every day, but their staff has been so friendly, understanding and supportive. They took extra care to make sure my boy with anxiety was comfortable and calm. To giving him his medicine, to giving him love and attention, to letting him wear his thunder shirt, they have been amazing. Will definitely use them again!

This is the second time I have used pet paradise on university to board my dog and it's a really great place to board your pet. Really great, friendly staff that love animals and take great care of your pet. I picked up my dog after 5 days of boarding and I could tell how much fun he had because we got home and he went to sleep immediately, was extremely tired.
