I have a German shepherd mix who is very afraid of new people. When I first took her to Pet Paradise, she was a little skittish, but when I picked her, she was happy and allowing all of the staff to pet her. Now, every time I tell her she is going to daycare, she gets really excited and when I get there to drop her off, she tried to jump the gate to get to the back. She has never been this outgoing with other people before. I would recommend Pet Paradise to anyone who needs daycare or boarding,

This is my first experience with Pet Paradise and my first time boarding my furry baby. I've definitely been a helicopter mom and called nearly every day, but their staff has been so friendly, understanding and supportive. They took extra care to make sure my boy with anxiety was comfortable and calm. To giving him his medicine, to giving him love and attention, to letting him wear his thunder shirt, they have been amazing. Will definitely use them again!

This is the second time I have used pet paradise on university to board my dog and it's a really great place to board your pet. Really great, friendly staff that love animals and take great care of your pet. I picked up my dog after 5 days of boarding and I could tell how much fun he had because we got home and he went to sleep immediately, was extremely tired. I recently boarded my dogs here for 5 nights. To get acquainted, the staff gave me a free day of day care prior to their stay so the dogs could get acclimated; Thank you! The facilities are unique because the dogs aren't just locked in a pen all day, but they get group playtime and pool time. I felt like the staff took good care of my dogs; they were played with, bathed, and they got to sleep together in the same pen. The staff is always nice, helpful and great with the dogs. Our dogs are always happy and tired when we pick them up, so they get plenty of play time. It's nice being able to take our dogs somewhere for the day where we can trust that they will be treated well and have fun.

I boarded my dog here twice, and both times were great. It's pretty expensive, but I felt good about leaving her there.

My dogs and I love Pet Paradise for boarding They take such great care of my fur babies and treat them like family. I am always confident that they are well taken care of and loved. They administer all food and medications appropriately and call if anything is in question. They are very east to work with and make me fell very comfortable leaving my dogs there for many days at a time. Highly recommend them.

I've been boarding and day-camping my puppy at the University Blvd Pet Paradise for many years. The staff has always been friendly, welcoming, efficient, and helpful. Annabelle loves her "home away from home"!

I couldn't be more happy with the service Pet Paradise provided for not only my dog, but for me. The staff was just as warm and welcoming to me when I picked up my girl as they were when I dropped her off. I will definitely be bringing my girl back to Pet Paradise as I know she had the time of her life!
