My pet seem to enjoy this facility. We felt comfortable leaving hi there. The staff are really friendly. They weren't afraid of our 128 lb baby. So we will return!

Pet Paradise University is the BEST! The staff is so caring and I know my dog Luna is in great hands when we drop her off. We are always greeted with a cheerful "Hi Luna!" when we arrive. She can be nervous around strangers, but they are so good with her and do a great job making her feel comfortable. I love getting the pawgress reports to see how she's doing while we are away. The facility is kept very clean, which is important to me. Thank you Pet Paradise for giving me peace of mind while I'm away!

Took my senior dog to day care so he can have some fun. The staff was really friendly and took time to answer all of my questions and make me feel at ease. My boy had a great time and was well taken care of. Will definitely use this location again.

We've been taking our 5 year old Portuguese Waterdog here for daycare for the last several months. Initially we were attracted to the full size inground pool because she's a natural born swimmer but what we found was PP is so much more. The facility is extremely well run. Drop off and pick up is quick and efficient. There's an early drop off area where you don't even need to go inside. I used Pet Paradise this passed weekend. They accommodated me last minute for overnight boarding for 2 days. They treated Champagne wonderfully. I received phone calls and a cute progress report. Everyone was so nice & the facility is very clean. We will definitely be back!

Our buddy Banzai loves it here! (He barely says bye when I drop him off) He has been to multiple locations such as Oakleaf, St. Augustine, Lakeland and other locations, I guess because he is biased as he is from the 904, but real talk he really does feel more comfortable here. Our pups vacationed at Pet Paradise this week and had a fantastic time. The staff here are amazing and we appreciated them going above and beyond when one of our pups had some tummy troubles. They immediately called me and I asked if our dogs could be seen by a vet. The staff took care of everything and we found out our pups were just really missing us. Absolutely the best experience with boarding my puppy for the first time. The staff was amazing and put all my worries at ease. We already have 2 future reservations already set for baby in June and will definitely be back for all future trips.
