Our dog, Beanz, had a blast! The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had to unexpectedly extend his stay. We loved that he came back home exhausted after lots of playtime. We will certainly be returning with him in the future.

I've never had to board my dog before and was worried. There was absolutely no need and I highly recommend this Pet Paradise to all dog parents. The place is beautiful, clean, and looks like a people resort. The workers here are kind and very in tune with dogs. They had an extensive talk with me about Tony Elliott (my rescue dog) to learn about his likes and dislikes, etc. There is both a website (free) and an app (small fee) to view your pet while she or he is there. Our dogs had a great time. As always our experience was excellent. Staff is always very friendly. Upon picking them up we received a Pawgress Report letting us know how each dog did. Pet Paradise puts our minds at ease when we have to travel because we know they are well taken care of and cared for by a knowledgeable and professional staff.

Pet paradise is a fantastic place . They worked with we on constantly changing the date because of my daughters due date didn't coincide with the reservation. Babies come on their schedule they were always cheerful and polite. A fantastic staff no matter who I spoke with.

We've been boarding our dog Coal at Camp Bow Wow for the last 3 years, and he loves it there. But when we had the opportunity to check out Pet Paradise, we were blown away by the facilities! Coal actually gets to play outside in beautifully maintained areas. Even though our boy likes to keep his paws dry, we love watching how much fun the pups have playing in and around the pool. The staff is always friendly and good with my dog. The facilities are clean and nice with indoor areas, outdoor areas and a shallow pool. Dogs are separated by size and proof of updated shots is required. I can bring my dog's food or use theirs. I've taken my dogs several times both for overnight stays and day camp. I've never once had a problem. I also like that they have a groomer there so I can schedule it while my dog is there. I just moved to Jacksonville with my 3 year old black lab and needed to find daycare and a place to board my pup. I looked at other doggie daycares that were cheaper than Pet Paradise but found this place to be the best choice. I boarded my dog for a few days and she came home happy and cheerful. They give you a progress report at the end of your pet's stay so you know if your dog ate their food ok, played with other dogs, etc. I like the convenience of setting up boarding and daycare online. My pup absolutely loves this place! She goes for doggie daycare and boarding and is so loved by the wonderful staff here. I feel confident if an emergency were to arise that they would make the best decision. I truly can't say enough good things about Pet Paradise!

I love that my puppy is actually tired after a day at daycamp. They took pictures of him playing with other dogs so I know he had good exercise. Plus, the facility is so clean! My only problem is their cameras face the big dog play area and my pup is small so I didn't get to see him on the live cameras. :-(
