We've been boarding our dog Coal at Camp Bow Wow for the last 3 years, and he loves it there. But when we had the opportunity to check out Pet Paradise, we were blown away by the facilities! Coal actually gets to play outside in beautifully maintained areas. Even though our boy likes to keep his paws dry, we love watching how much fun the pups have playing in and around the pool. The staff is always friendly and good with my dog. The facilities are clean and nice with indoor areas, outdoor areas and a shallow pool. Dogs are separated by size and proof of updated shots is required. I can bring my dog's food or use theirs. I've taken my dogs several times both for overnight stays and day camp. I've never once had a problem. I also like that they have a groomer there so I can schedule it while my dog is there. I just moved to Jacksonville with my 3 year old black lab and needed to find daycare and a place to board my pup. I looked at other doggie daycares that were cheaper than Pet Paradise but found this place to be the best choice. I boarded my dog for a few days and she came home happy and cheerful. They give you a progress report at the end of your pet's stay so you know if your dog ate their food ok, played with other dogs, etc. I like the convenience of setting up boarding and daycare online. My pup absolutely loves this place! She goes for doggie daycare and boarding and is so loved by the wonderful staff here. I feel confident if an emergency were to arise that they would make the best decision. I truly can't say enough good things about Pet Paradise!

I love that my puppy is actually tired after a day at daycamp. They took pictures of him playing with other dogs so I know he had good exercise. Plus, the facility is so clean! My only problem is their cameras face the big dog play area and my pup is small so I didn't get to see him on the live cameras. :-(

Great place!! After a terrible experience trying to just to book an appointment for my puppy to be groomed at The Spotted Dog (see my review ugh!) I called Pet Paradise. They were more than happy to take him, regardless of his age, and even got me into a coveted Saturday morning spot after another appointment rescheduled. His cut looks great, they were done before I finished all of my errands and the staff is super sweet.

We started taking our dog to pet paradise about a month ago and he loves it there. The staff members are all friendly and accommodating. Beau is always excited to go to doggy day care. I like that they are open at 6:30 in the morning and close at 7 at night because we work early and long hours. The location is also close to the highway and convenient for work. At every turn this was a hot mess. The normal place we kennel our sweet girl was full so we decided to try something new. The reservation process was terrible. I made the reservation then my s.o. called to get the fax number for our pups shots. They couldn't find my reservation, so he made another one. 2 days later I get a confirmation message for the original reservation. My s.o. called 5 times trying to confirm. We love Pet Paradise! Our lab Daisy is very well loved and taken care of when she is there. I like how you can add extra treats or playtime. It's so convenient with the location at the airport too. She is always excited to go and leaving her there gives us peace of mind when we are away!
