Great place!! After a terrible experience trying to just to book an appointment for my puppy to be groomed at The Spotted Dog (see my review ugh!) I called Pet Paradise. They were more than happy to take him, regardless of his age, and even got me into a coveted Saturday morning spot after another appointment rescheduled. His cut looks great, they were done before I finished all of my errands and the staff is super sweet.

We started taking our dog to pet paradise about a month ago and he loves it there. The staff members are all friendly and accommodating. Beau is always excited to go to doggy day care. I like that they are open at 6:30 in the morning and close at 7 at night because we work early and long hours. The location is also close to the highway and convenient for work. At every turn this was a hot mess. The normal place we kennel our sweet girl was full so we decided to try something new. The reservation process was terrible. I made the reservation then my s.o. called to get the fax number for our pups shots. They couldn't find my reservation, so he made another one. 2 days later I get a confirmation message for the original reservation. My s.o. called 5 times trying to confirm. We love Pet Paradise! Our lab Daisy is very well loved and taken care of when she is there. I like how you can add extra treats or playtime. It's so convenient with the location at the airport too. She is always excited to go and leaving her there gives us peace of mind when we are away!

I was in town for the week for business and brought one of my fur babies with me. I brought her for doggie daycare and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff was very friendly & helpful. I could tell when I picked her up at the end of the day how much fun she had. I was worried about how she would be in the hotel but by the time we would return in the evening she would eat and sleep the rest of the night. My Lulu is a spoiled Siberian husky, she loves it every time she stays at Pet Paradise. I have no worries at all whenever she's there... The staff loves her so much and gives her a lot of attention. Lulu gets a report card after each stay and I love the results ..thank you so much Pet Paradise staff for a great job..

This is a great place to board your dogs! The facility is very nice and clean and the staff is great. I never have to worry about my fur baby when I have to travel. I know he's well taken care of. Highly recommended!

If I'm using pet boarding, it's gotta' be at Pet Paradise! Period. My Yorkie, CoCo, is not spoiled at all! And although he's not what I would call "a regular", the staff knows him. That's simply because Pet Paradise has it all and their customer service is on point! They are so friendly, helpful, and genuinely care about every animal that crosses the threshold. The check in and out process is seamless and their packages and specials are great. A major draw for me is that the facilities are always kept SO clean. I love that!... read more
