I've just picked my precious boy Charlie up after a three day stay and we are both in love with Pet Paradise! From the moment we walked in every single staff member was genuinely so kind and caring towards my nervous big guy. You can't fake that! Every person I met who works here loves dogs. And they didn't mind me calling once a day to check on him. My dog is my child and for the first time almost ever I've found someplace that I'm not sad to leave him if I have to go out of town. Thank you so much!

We just moved to the area and our dog has some special needs! Pet Paradise staff were AMAZING with our boy! I can tell he had a great time when he comes home and sleeps for days after a visit to Pet Paradise! Thank you PP staff! For taking such great care of our boy!

My dog has been to this pet paradise since she was a puppy and now she is almost 4! She loves going for day camp and for the weekends, she basically pulls me through the door. The staff is always so friendly and calls me if anything is going on with my dog. Great place!

Most of you have probably noticed by my check ins that if I CAN bring my dog, I pretty much always DO. I love that so many places in Jax are dog friendly now-a-days! But for those yucky places that aren't (like work...BOOOO!) Pet Paradise is my baby Lambeau's go-to hangout. I never thought I would be 'that pet parent'.....but I must confess...I am. First time using PP. We are only down for a long weekend after having to get out of South Carolina due to Hurricane Florence. We have a 2.5yr-old 70lb Belgian Malinois who has been socialized with dogs since 10wks old and needs the physical activity everyday. This place, based on photos and reviews seemed ideal. We strive to provide a Safe, Clean and Fun environment for all pets. We apologize for the poor experience and would welcome the opportunity to discuss and to make it right.
This is the first place we've ever left our dog and after day 1 we knew we could take him back. Not only is the Pecan Park facility clean, the staff was extremely helpful, professional and so nice. Our black lab came home with a report card, a list of his new "friends" and was over all completely worn out (and lab owners will know that this means he played hard)! Starting in 2005 Pet Paradise, there Staff, and our Dogs have been spending time together! They Lovingly care for our 4 Legged Kids like they were part of the family. Our Most recent 4 legged Kid "Kaleb" a 18 month old Aussie spends at least two days a week from 6:30 till 4:00 at Pet Paradise with his extended Family of 2 Legged & 4 Legged Friends.
