My dog has been to this pet paradise since she was a puppy and now she is almost 4! She loves going for day camp and for the weekends, she basically pulls me through the door. The staff is always so friendly and calls me if anything is going on with my dog. Great place!

Most of you have probably noticed by my check ins that if I CAN bring my dog, I pretty much always DO. I love that so many places in Jax are dog friendly now-a-days! But for those yucky places that aren't (like work...BOOOO!) Pet Paradise is my baby Lambeau's go-to hangout. I never thought I would be 'that pet parent'.....but I must confess...I am. First time using PP. We are only down for a long weekend after having to get out of South Carolina due to Hurricane Florence. We have a 2.5yr-old 70lb Belgian Malinois who has been socialized with dogs since 10wks old and needs the physical activity everyday. This place, based on photos and reviews seemed ideal. On arrival (for evaluation) we were met by Jessica on reception who's customer service skills were exceptional. This is the first place we've ever left our dog and after day 1 we knew we could take him back. Not only is the Pecan Park facility clean, the staff was extremely helpful, professional and so nice. Our black lab came home with a report card, a list of his new "friends" and was over all completely worn out (and lab owners will know that this means he played hard)! Starting in 2005 Pet Paradise, there Staff, and our Dogs have been spending time together! They Lovingly care for our 4 Legged Kids like they were part of the family. Our Most recent 4 legged Kid "Kaleb" a 18 month old Aussie spends at least two days a week from 6:30 till 4:00 at Pet Paradise with his extended Family of 2 Legged & 4 Legged Friends. Sometimes I wish my pup could talk, I'd be curious to hear her honest opinion of her boarding stay and how she was treated. Since that's obviously not a reality, Pet Paradise will at least provide a "PAWgress Report" to tell you what your furball did & did not do while on his/her mini vacay. For example, we were curious if she dared to take a dip in the bone-shaped pool and her paw report included that info (apparently, she was NOT interested in the pool). My kids loved the report! This was the first time boarding my dog at Pet Paradise and I was a little nervous being a new place for my pup. Immediately when you walk in you see that this place is like a Ritz Carlton for dogs! The rooms are spacious and indoor/outdoor so you don't have to worry about them being stuck in a small room all day and they can do their business outside whenever they need! What can I say about this place other than it is absolutely fantastic. Milla, our dog, is extremely energic, turbo hound with a very easy to go temperament. She loved this place. This will be her second home. I highly recommend if you have a high energy dog, grey haired senior citizen, puppy, shyster, whatever. Great place. Thank you so much.
