Sometimes I wish my pup could talk, I'd be curious to hear her honest opinion of her boarding stay and how she was treated. Since that's obviously not a reality, Pet Paradise will at least provide a "PAWgress Report" to tell you what your furball did & did not do while on his/her mini vacay. For example, we were curious if she dared to take a dip in the bone-shaped pool and her paw report included that info (apparently, she was NOT interested in the pool). My kids loved the report! This was the first time boarding my dog at Pet Paradise and I was a little nervous being a new place for my pup. Immediately when you walk in you see that this place is like a Ritz Carlton for dogs! The rooms are spacious and indoor/outdoor so you don't have to worry about them being stuck in a small room all day and they can do their business outside whenever they need! What can I say about this place other than it is absolutely fantastic. Milla, our dog, is extremely energic, turbo hound with a very easy to go temperament. She loved this place. This will be her second home. I highly recommend if you have a high energy dog, grey haired senior citizen, puppy, shyster, whatever. Great place. Thank you so much.

They did a great job watching our precious Stella. We had so much fun watching her on the WebCam while we were away. Stella was having a blast playing with the other dogs and swimming in the pool. Definitely recommend considering boarding your pet at pet Paradise. Five stars all the way.

After participating in a Pet Paradise Yelp event at Pet Paradise located on University Boulevard , I was very impressed with the staff who all appear to love animals. This location has a Veterinary Service associated with it and this makes me feel better about leaving my fur baby at Pet Paradise so if anything happens she has immediate service available. I appreciate the separate small dog play area I think this is much safer for the smaller dogs. This is our second stay at this location and at each pick up my puppy is happy... read more

I have been coming here since December 2017. My dog does day camp and has boarded before. They are a very clean facility, employees are great and I will continue to bring my dog here! They also have a pool and multiple play areas which I love. The suites they stay in our great, and they have filtered water constantly running for each of the rooms. Also there is an app you can buy for a few bucks to monitor the dogs playing all day!

Being new parents to our kitten, we were nervous finding a place to board him overnight while we were traveling out of town. We found pet paradise and I am so glad we did! It's so easy to make reservations online and they make it as easy to drop off your pet when you walk in. We were glad to hear that everyone loved our kitten as much as we do and they even gave him a pedicure last time he was there. I highly recommend pet paradise for all pets and plan on using them again!

My beagle had a great time today! I can always tell he enjoys himself at Pet Paradise. He comes home ready for a nap after all the running and playing! Loves to go there. Always excited to see the people and other pups!

I Pet Paradise/JIA and so does Malcolm my Westie! I have been a client over the past eight years for boarding or day camp..... very professional staff that is attentive to Malcolm with any special requests from me. Their suggestions to "add" to Malcolm's stay are very much appreciated whether utilized or not..... a dog mom cannot remember everything!My " go to" for the best in boarding and/or daycare.
