It was their first time being boarded in our standard poodle and golden retriever. Absolutely had a lot of fun the entire week with the staff and all their new friends.

I absolutely love this place! I've brought my dog here many times, the staff is wonderful! You can see the cameras and your dogs on their website too! it's really a great and pet loving place!!

We have been taking our year old Goldendoodle here right for daycare after her spay at 7 months. Their literature explains if dog not spay or neutered they aren't with other dogs, (makes sense, don't want my puppy coming home pregnant!) Lily has endless energy and she needs that stimulation and play Play Pet Paradise offers. She loves the staff, sh loves the other fur friends. This is what I sing to Lulu before getting her in the car to bring her to Pet Paradise: "Pet Paradise ... Where the dogs poop on the lawn! Pet Paradise ... Where you play with Fluffy Dawn!" Two things here... 1. It's not a real lawn. 2. I highly doubt there's a Fluffy Dawn that attends this Pet Paradise. Or any Pet Paradise for that matter. Lulu gets very excited when I sing this song. I boarder my dog (13.5 yrs old) for the first time at the huntersville location and I appreciate the attention they paid to the needs of fur buddy! The extra bathroom breaks and letting me know to bring his favorite blanket since his first stay was 4 days. Would definitely go back!

We were referred by a friend and our dog has been going to boarding and day camp at Pet Paradise for the last three years and she loves this place! I can tell because she lunges to get in! The facility is always clean and the staff is super friendly and attentive. If there is ever an issue, it is quickly resolved. We highly recommend!

My dog, Kyle, is in daycare full time at Pet Paradise. He loves it and gets made when he is not able to go. When there is a long weekend and he has been at home he runs to the doors and tries to open them himself. The staff all know him and me and are extremely helpful and friendly. I do not have to worry about my fur baby while I am at work because he is in good hands here. I would recommend both the daycare and boarding to anyone!
