This place is absolutely amazing!!! I started bringing camo here in the summer and he LOVES it! He practically jumps out of the car as soon as we pull up. The staff is beyond sweet. I can watch him all day(HUGE PLUS) they are super open with the parents if there is any issue with your pup that day. And he is beyond tired at the end of the day! Win for mom! Plus it's close to my work so that's a plus, and you can drop off as early as 630am!

I was very impressed when they attendants here called me right away to report that one of my dogs wasn't interested in eating her food. They offered me options like putting a little chicken broth on her dry food. They got her to eat and also sent me photos of my dogs playing with the caregivers. It doesn't get better than that! Love this place.

We left our dog, Chip, here for 7 days. The staff is very kind and professional and they took great care of him. He was very calm and happy when I came to pick him up. Part of the package for his stay was 3 hours of play care a day. Some may feel this isn't much, but for our pet, that is plenty of play. I felt like the staff was very on top of things and took their job seriously. I will definitely be back.

Our puppy Dillon stayed here for 5 days and it was worth every penny. You can watch the puppy cams and see your babies while you're away. The staff was very nice and helpful and this facility was kept very clean. Will be returning and referring friends! Thank you again for watching our "little" guy! Ps Dillon didn't want to leave it was so fun! Puppy pools are a big plus for our water dog!

Memphis has been going to Pet Paradise his entire life and he is a social hound because of it. Pam in Small Dog always takes special care of him. I love knowing he is in the best hands. I can't imagine him going anywhere else.

Our poodle Bruiser loves staying at Pet Paradise Custer Rd. He's very social and loves visiting with other dogs. We never worry when he's at Pet Paradise. They give him an awesome bath too.

This was a huge upgrade from our last boarding facility. Pet Paradise is sufficiently staffed with very professional and courteous employees. The facility was clean and plenty of play space for dogs inside and out.

We have had our dog stay a Pet Paradise in the past, but had her stay at another less expensive place during a previous trip with one conclusion, that Pet Paradise is worth the price to have our pet/family member stay in their care and then return home to a happy dog. They also do a great job with grooming. Thanks Pet Paradise!

Just picked the kids up from pup day care, and the folks at Pet Paradise Custer are absolutely amazing! After years of keeping them separated from other dogs because a day care in Los Angeles told us they were not compatible with other dogs because of their breed (pit bulls) Pet Paradise crushed that stereotype by showing us that our dogs are actually GREAT with other dogs and play very well with others!!
