Just picked up my dogs Charlie and Marshal from boarding and they were exhausted! It's great to see them playing and having a good time. They seemed to enjoy it and I will definitely take them back. I love that they aren't in small kennel cages all day.

I just called to find out information and pricing about their facility and spoke to Nicole and Ashley and they were so fantastic. Gave me information and did not make me feel rushed. Really like them looking forward to leave our puppy there in the near future.

This place has great service and offers lots of great amenities for your pet. They make things very easy for you and my dog is always excited to go. I definitely recommend.

So pleased with Pet Paradise on Premier Drive in Plano! They treat my Dixie dog and Phoenix cat with love and personalized care. I never worry boarding them while I am gone on a trip. I especially love when they post pictures of my fur babies on social media. It makes me happy to see their faces while I am gone.

We are very excited we found Pet Paradise. Everyone who works there is kind and loving to all the dog babies. We have been going there for almost a year now and they have very low turn over. This is a sign the company treats their employees well and they in turn treat our pets like the four legged children they are :) One of our dogs is very social, the other is a rescue and cant play with others. My boy Buster stayed at Pooch Motel and got sick. Worried this time leaving him anywhere I checked Pet Paradise and loved the reviews I read, I was less worried. I called several times checking on my boy and each time they calmed my nerves, even sent me pictures and posted on social media. When I picked him up he looked like he did when I dropped him off. If you ever need a babysitter or day camp for your dog, this is the place to do it! I am a super over protective dog mom and Pet Paradise is the only place I will leave Colt when I go out of town (if he's not with a friend)! This place is like a 4-star hotel compared to Petsmart lol Colt loves coming here because the staff is so friendly & they play with the pups literally all day. We have been extremely pleased with the service at Pet Paradise. We were gone for 7 days on vacation and left Ace with his friends at Pet Paradise. They have always had great details about Ace's activities. Kathryn and the crew are very mindful of Ace's eating patterns and are willing to substituted their food when he does not eat ours. So happy! Sterling had a blast. Love the webcam. Would love to have watched him sleep though, so maybe a few more camera would be nice.
