Anytime we are traveling out of town (and not taking our pups) we feel so confident in the care provided by Pet Paradise Winter Garden. We toured several boarding businesses in the Orlando area and Pet Paradise was the cleanest and most well maintained we found. Our dogs, Delta and Blue, love the staff and playing with their friends while away from home. I've been taking my dog here for years! Since I moved I have tried other boarding places closer to me but it just isn't the same as this specific location. Just recently I dropped my dog off and they went above and celebrated his birthday for him. Such a special touch and a reminder why I go out of my way to take him here.

I had read several reviews that made me leery about Pet Paradise before we dropped our 2 pups off over Thanksgiving break. However, we decided that out of the hundreds of dogs that visited there a month, it couldn't all be bad with just a hand full of negative experiences. All in all, our dogs had a wonderful stay. We could see them interacting with other dogs on the cameras and you can tell the workers genuinely care about the dogs by the way they interact with them. This place is amazing. I have a rescue dog that is super skittish with new people and new surroundings and is quite reactive with other dogs. He does individual playtime when he goes here and he is having an absolute blast in all the photos we receive. I would never imagine him being so comfortable with people he doesn't know, but they are so sweet and attentive with him. They always notify me right away of any small issues. Dog day camp is the perfect solution for my very active dog. He loves it. I enjoy looking at the cameras watching him play in the pool with the dogs.

This place is Heaven for pets. I use Pet Paradise when I need to board my cats, they get excellent care from the staff. I love how I can check on my cats via video cam. I no longer have a dog but if I did I would use the doggie day camp, it always looks like the dogs are having fun and I always see staff supervision when I'm at Pet paradise with my cats. There is also a Veterinarian on site that I use as my Vet. This place has everything for our fur babies.

I don't know how pet paradise has so low stars here. My dogs love to go there. It's true that they always come back eoth some kind of allergy but truth to be told, all tue other places they went was like this. I beli is because they are away from home and their immuti is low, or because of the pool. Anyway, i really recommend Pet Paradise, they love to go there and the cameras are the best thing ever (you can see them playing and everything)

What a wonderful little place to leave your pet while you and the family enjoy FL. This place came highly recommended from a friend of ours whose taste in and opinion of dog kennels are, well, bourgeois. I'm not sure if it's due to COVID or if it's how they usually operate but you do not walk into their facility to drop off or pick up your pet.
