We had a 20 year old dog, Cha-Cha. Overnight, she got very sick and was suffering and needed to be put down as soon as possible. Obviously, this was a hard decision for us, but at this point there was no other choice. When we called our normal vet, they could not give her an appt. Our pup sees Dr Kortney Igoe and she is one of a kind. She is extremely informative, patient, and very knowledgeable. She listens to our concerns and answered any questions we had throughout the diagnosis of our pup. After our visits I am very impressed with how she will follow up via email to check in on us. I recently took my cat to the Hillsdale Animal Hospital because he'd been shaking his head a lot and had a stench in one of his ears. The vet examined him & said he couldn't see the eardrum in that particular ear & that there was a tumor in the ear canal that would need to be operated on to be removed... then sent to the lab etc. Estimated cost over $1200! I would like to thank Dr. Leighanne Goyder for my help with putting my dog Bella Rose down. The staff was amazing and helpful, the room used to put the dogs down really makes you feel welcome. My dog had an accident and before they came into sedate Bella the staff cleaned her up. The doctor explained everything in detail how the process worked. I called PetCare when I could not get into my regular vet, again. Everyone from the receptionist to the vet tech to the vet were amazing. I was able to get a same day appointment for my pup that was having belly issues. Dr. McCraw and staff were so attentive to my pup. Listening to what I had to say about him and his symptoms. Being sweet to him knowing that he is a scaredy-cat. PetCare will be my pups vet from now one.

I took my dog in as an urgent appt. She needed to be euthanized. Samantha the technician helper was so sweet to myself and my dog. I could not believe it. Carrie MCCraw was the veterinarian. She was so kind and compassionate. She examined my dog and talked to me for 30 min to make sure this was right decision. The room was special& quiet and relaxing.
