Dr McRoberts is great! Our vet tech was wonderful. She is really knowledgeable and sweet! Our little Frenchie sure liked her a lot! She was great and suggested a cheap easy solution to our problem.
My parents have been taking the two family pups here for a long time. I just recently brought the new addition to the fam here today and everyone was so kind and helpful. I was stressin! Thanks ladies!!!
Everyone we have dealt with has been professional and so great with our dog. The clinic is really nice as well, modern and calm. Dr. McRoberts couldn't have been better.
It was my First time coming too this vet, and I actually liked this vet more than MY OWN vet that I go too. It was such a great experience! Sandra was super nice and so welcoming and cared about my cat. Thank you so much for taking care of my cat. I will defiantly be back here.
We have continued to choose Pet Care for our veterinary needs for over 7 years. We have had various types of appointments with our dogs, ranging from first visits, puppy check ups, multiple surgeries, and all those in between. I have brought both my dogs ( pittbull and chihuaha) both have had many traumatic experiences with their health. Each time we had to bring them in we were welcomed with love and care, my dogs loved the staff! I'm so sad we had to move because I adored this office. We had to put our 15 year old Pitt down and they couldn't be more accommodating, understanding, nurturing etc.
For background, I have pet rats and found this clinic via a forum on pet rat care. Can't speak for any other kinds of animals. I cannot express my appreciation of this clinic and Dr. McRoberts more. The "bedside manner" was always on point. Whenever I called, the person on the other end of the phone would recognize my pets' names immediately and ask how they had been since their last visit. Dr. McRoberts and her staff are amazing. They see all of my animals and have treated them for various reasons. She is the best vet and always gets my babies feeling better. They have fit me in the same day many times when I had an urgent concern with one of my dogs or cat. If you have to wait to have your pet seen it is worth it. I won't take my animals any where else.
We've been bringing our dogs here for years, through routine stuff and surgeries alike. They're always very caring, professional, and honest.
