I take my little puppy here & all the staff is so sweet to him & they all remember him !!!! My mom takes her dog here so that's why I take mine & I'm so glad I took her advise ! He got neutered about a year ago , & I was so pleased with everything from the staff . They called me to tell me he was doing just fine & he's coming down off the meds ! You can tell everyone at this office genuinely enjoys their job here !! So glad I put my trust in this place for my little man !!! & it's ALWAYS clean !!!!!
I have been coming to this location for years. I really like it because the doctor really cares about my dog and knows her name and her history. The only thing that is unfortunate is that you have to always wait to be seen even if you do make an appointment. They are never on time with your appointment and you are sitting there waiting usually around 15-20 minutes
this place is my favorite! I have a dog that my parents take to a different vet and they love it! so I decided to take my rabbit there for a simple check up and they knew nothing about rabbits. but then I found PetCare on yelp and I've been taking my bunnies here since my first visit! they have a vet that has bunnies herself and she TOTALLY knows what she's doing. I get my bunnies regular check ups there, they both got fixed there, and they groom them there! they're so gentle with my rabbits and it makes me feel really good ... read more
I have a new puppy that I've had to take here a few times in the last two months for his shots and check ups. I was referred here by a friend who takes her pup here. I purchased the puppy package that includes all his shots, two exams, micro chipping and it was well worth it! The staff is always super friendly and they all love my little Jack. Always a wonderful experience here at PetCare! I love the Vet and the staff is amazing - everyone is friendly and they do take such good care of our Rutledge. The facility is very nice and clean - and it's always just a great pleasant experience. Nothing bad to say - only good things - pricing has been very fair and reasonable as well. Will continue to bring our Rutledge here - we've had his well-puppy yearly visits, he's gotten neutered here, and he's had several skin issues in the past year and they took care of him each... read more
I had to say goodbye to my little guy yesterday. From the moment I walked through the door to and said goodbye; they were nothing but kind and compassionate. Wow.. This place is sooo NIce. My first Visit was last week when i had to take my cat in to get fixed. The staff was extremely nice helpful and even when above and beyond when it came to making an appointment for me. I've finally found a vet who is honest and doesn't try to sell me anything. This is also a place that has taken great care of my dog and is more affordable than any other vet I've been to. They don't try to do procedures on your dog just because they want more money, nor do they try to sell you any products your pooch doesn't need. I was also given a prescription for medication for my dog's arthritis that I could actually afford!! I would definitely recommend this to anybody!
Looks like they have hired more help. Schedule the first appt and you won't have a problem. The girls at the front are understanding and helpful.
