My daughter and I were very impressed with PetCare and their end of life care. They saw us bring our Blue in and immediately brought us to the grieving room. To have such a nice room available for us grieving pet owners to say goodbye to our fur babies is so appreciated! It's very spacious for the entire family to come if they so choose. We had as much time as we needed to say goodbye to our old lady Blue. Every step was explained & every one we spoke to was just amazingly kind. What a caring and welcoming friendly place. A huge difference from where we were going. Extremely fair cost and i do not feel like the Nickel and Dime you for everything.

We have four cats and we do not trust them with any other veterinarian. We live 15 miles away and make the drive out to Roseville because we know our cats will get the best care. Dr. McRoberts and Dr Igoe are both amazing. They really care about your pet. They explain everything in a way that you can understand. They don't try to charge you for a bunch of stuff that you don't need. This vet care team is amazing. They are kind and attentive. With the busy, chaotic times we are living in, they really do their best to get your fur babies in for services within reasonable time. The prices are comparable to other places. Location and parking is convenient. They do have COCID safety recommendations in place. There are puppy treats and hints for humans. So glad these team members are taking care of my family pets!

I'd personally like to thank Dr. McRoberts and her staff for how well they treated my boy. Sadly, Max was diagnosed with cancer and lost his battle. This clinic welcomed our family as a new patient, they were there to comfort us when the results of the ultrasound came back with such a terrible diagnosis. Max was not very comfortable in places without one of his humans, but he loved Dr. McRoberts. August 13, 2021 we brought in our sweet 13-15 year old(we rescued her so we weren't 100% certain of her age) pup, Nova, to cross the Rainbow Bridge. We only had our Nova Girl for about 4 years but she was the joy of our lives and making the decision to do as an adult for the first time was gut wrenchingly horrible.
