I wanted to update my review. After I had posted my original review, I'm guessing the staff saw it and gave us a call. They realized they gave us the incorrect urn and said they were ordering the correct one for us and would call us when it came in. If I remember correctly, it was only a few days to less than a week for the new one to come in. They called us and let us know it was there. We went the next day to pick it up and they transferred our baby boys remains into the new one. And let us keep the first urn we were given... read more

My friend recommended this Clinic and I am so glad she did! They have been friendly, responsive and reasonably priced. My Kitty, that I took in 5 months ago had extensive dental work done. They called to check on her and did a follow-up to make sure she healed properly.

Wonderful caring staff. Their communication and follow up is excellent. We took a pocket pet (rat) in for his final care.

Too busy to choose my vet of preference Also when I called to have my big dog's record sent to another vet so he could have acupuncture, they never sent it via email as requested. This coincides with another time that I went in to get a copy of my pet's record and front desk was just matter of fact. Finally, emergency vet asked why I couldn't take my dog to my regular vet, I said I have to book out at least a week ahead, the emergency vet said, they can't squeeze you in? Usually they will. What?

The vets and techs were amazing. I appreciated how kind everyone was with my pitty. The lack of professionalism and overall bad attitude of reception/office staff will keep me away. The invoice for service is indecipherable. This practice of charging upfront and then deducting on the backend doesn't work if the staff don't know how to invoice it in a way that doesn't make the customer feel ripped off. A+ for care D for administration

This office has blown my expectations out of the water on so many different levels. The easy, online booking (even has a new patient), the front desk, the tech, the vet, happy visits?!!! 10/5 stars. My dog has been traumatized by his past vet therefore has become aggressive and fear ridden upon entry. Erin was our tech and she was SO patient and kind to my dog. Offering him treats, getting on his level, talking in a calm, warm tone. She really tried to get him to warm up to her while still protecting herself from his fear.... read more

We feel so blessed to have found this gem of a vet clinic so near our home. They took such great care of our cat, Lucy, who needed extensive dental surgery. Dr. Kelsey was so caring, gentle, compassionate, and kind to both us and our cat. Oh, the surgery was expensive, but their prices were great compared to other clinics and they helped us with a payment plan. I've been coming to PetCare for a few years now, and they have been good for all of our pets! We have 2 cats and 2 bunnies and this was the only place I can find that sees all different kinds of animals. Our first experience was with our cat that end up having a UTI and he had surgery. He was in so much pain and he stayed over for 2 nights. Dr. Igoe and staff took great care of him. My cat and both bunnies got neutered at PetCare and I was impressed how much they cared. Love love love love this veterinary clinic ! They are so nice and on top of it . I love that they have a huge waiting room and a separate space for exotics to wait. Doctors and staff are friendly and caring. Not to mention they are upfront with cost and care . Thank you so so much!
