I just want to Thank PetCare for an amazing experience while putting my beloved dog down. Poor Lola was just too old and having a hard time walking and hearing. It was one of the worst days of my life but PetCare helped make it a better experience. They were just so kind, compassionate and humane. Thank You Again.

PetCare has been my vet of choice for 16 years. They are a super compassionate group of people who treat your fur baby as if it was their own. I recommend them to all my friends and will continue to use them as long as fur babies live in my house.

Feeling frustrated. This is our home vet. They are kind and office is nice. But if you have an urgent infection they can never see you. They want to schedule you out 3 plus days. Ummmmm in humans letting an infection go is not a good idea. I imagine the same is for pets. This is not the first time this has happened and we r required to go to emergency care for an infection. Need to set aside time for regular patients who need a more urgent visit but not so emergency like hit by a car.

I had to put my sweet, sick kitty down and the staff was so gentle, sweet and caring during this very difficult time. I was having a hard time and they did everything they could to make me and my sweet girl the most comfortable we could be in her final moments. They have a room dedicated to saying goodbye to your pet, which is such a thoughtful detail. The vet techs and doctor were so gentle with my kitty and made her last moments the so special. I am so happy with them, I couldn't recommend more.

I have never, ever been treated better in ANY business than we have today in PetCare. Not only did they show care and love to our Lucy, they showed us that they cared about us as customers and people. Unlike our last vet that was only out to upcharge us about everything they could, they were fair and honest about pricing and RXs. We had them call our old vet and get all of our records so we could only go to PetCare from now on.

I have been going to this veterinary clinic for 25 years. All of the staff and doctors are the kindest and caring humans. Their love and compassion for my animals are the best. I love that they always give several options to caring for my pets. As long as they are open I will never go to any other veterinarian unless recommended by them... Loves to them all. Thank you

My kitty had an urgent situation and hoping to avoid the prices of an emergency vet I tried calling every vet in the phone book to get him an appointment the same day. All the vets were booked for days out, but Petcare was extremely kind and helpful. Dr. McRoberts was able to see me right away in between other appointments, and in my opinion, saved my kitty's life. Took my pup here for her shots and a check up. The staff was very nice and gentle with her. My pup is always so afraid of the vet but they were very kind and patient with her. The veterinarian took the time to answer all my questions. The facility is super clean. I was able to book an appointment and only have to wait a week or so. I'll definitely be taking my pup back here. They are reasonably priced too.

The senior staff and the doctors have always shown great genuine care and empathy for me and my animals over the years, they try to be very accommodating and I don't feel pressured or guilted into to treatments during times I can't afford them, which I really appreciate.
