This is the second time I took my cat to Pet care Vet Clinic. I found a lump on his side and they got me in ASAP. My cat saw Dr. Kelsey Phillips and she was so sweet and rested my mind at ease - my cat is simply overweight. She prescribed a diet and other information so that I could have a healthy cat. The amazing staff, the vet tech, and the one who did the surgery for my dog saved my dogs life! no one else would do the surgery and it would have cost a fortune! The whole team worked with us and they got the surgery done, and she is doing so good! I highly recommend this veterinary to anyone and everyone! I can't say thank you enough!
Love love love this vet!! Wonderful people and informative and just great with my fur baby !!! And not price gouging. They all were about animal care best vet experience I ever had . They are just moving in from a couple doors down as they have a much bigger shop now but it will be perfect I'm sure when they get settled. Want a great vet go here !
Amazing people , prices fair , great vets and office workers , I have been taking my cats there with no regrets.
Today was my cats first visit at PetCare and we had a very positive experience. Staff and Dr Goyder were very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Their prices for the pet visit , vaccinations Etc were better priced then the last vet. My cat received medicine, his vaccinations and flea medicine. Pet Care Vet was not pushy about cat insurance or any unnecessary tests or vaccines. We went over diet and exercise; he needs to lose 5 lbs.! Very happy with the visit today. We found our new vet!
I wanted to update my review. After I had posted my original review, I'm guessing the staff saw it and gave us a call. They realized they gave us the incorrect urn and said they were ordering the correct one for us and would call us when it came in. If I remember correctly, it was only a few days to less than a week for the new one to come in. They called us and let us know it was there. My friend recommended this Clinic and I am so glad she did! They have been friendly, responsive and reasonably priced. My Kitty, that I took in 5 months ago had extensive dental work done. They called to check on her and did a follow-up to make sure she healed properly.
Wonderful caring staff. Their communication and follow up is excellent. We took a pocket pet (rat) in for his final care.
Too busy to choose my vet of preference Also when I called to have my big dog's record sent to another vet so he could have acupuncture, they never sent it via email as requested. This coincides with another time that I went in to get a copy of my pet's record and front desk was just matter of fact. Finally, emergency vet asked why I couldn't take my dog to my regular vet, I said I have to book out at least a week ahead, the emergency vet said, they can't squeeze you in? Usually they will. What?
