Amazing care ! Excellent staff! We had to make a hard decision to let our beloved pup go and they made it so peaceful and beautiful! They were kind and understanding! The room was so warm and comforting for us all. It was the opposite of clinical and a very heartwarming experience. Thank you to Dr Kelsey and staff!!!
Our dog was in the proper age range to be ready for splay. The surgery and recovery are going well.
I can't say enough good things about Petcare Veterinary Clinic. From the moment you walk in, you can tell the doctors and the entire staff genuinely care about animals. They treat my pets with so much love and attention, it's like they're family. We especially love working with Erin; she's an incredible vet tech who goes above and beyond every single visit.
This is the second time I took my cat to Pet care Vet Clinic. I found a lump on his side and they got me in ASAP. My cat saw Dr. Kelsey Phillips and she was so sweet and rested my mind at ease - my cat is simply overweight. She prescribed a diet and other information so that I could have a healthy cat. The amazing staff, the vet tech, and the one who did the surgery for my dog saved my dogs life! no one else would do the surgery and it would have cost a fortune! The whole team worked with us and they got the surgery done, and she is doing so good! I highly recommend this veterinary to anyone and everyone! I can't say thank you enough!
Love love love this vet!! Wonderful people and informative and just great with my fur baby !!! And not price gouging. They all were about animal care best vet experience I ever had . They are just moving in from a couple doors down as they have a much bigger shop now but it will be perfect I'm sure when they get settled. Want a great vet go here !

I wanted to update my review. After I had posted my original review, I'm guessing the staff saw it and gave us a call. They realized they gave us the incorrect urn and said they were ordering the correct one for us and would call us when it came in. If I remember correctly, it was only a few days to less than a week for the new one to come in. They called us and let us know it was there.
