Automatic delivery is great, I never even give it a thought. Response to emergency calls has been prompt and problem always resolved. Service men have been professional, friendly and neat. A bit more expensive than some but happy overall as paying for peace of mind.
I gave Petro an overall "C" rating because that's halfway between their good score for service and their bad score for prices. I was a Petro customer for approximately 22 years, but I switched to a different company this summer because I could no longer afford Petro's prices. They have been reliable and always respond promptly when there's a problem. They have done great work when furnace needed repairs. It is sometimes difficult, however, to schedule annual furnace maintenance appointment.
The service was done in a timely manner. The staff was very professional
