First of all, promptness was great! I know I was given a 3-hour span.....I didn't have to wait at all. The tech, Greg I think, I apologize if I'm wrong, was extremely kind, professional and caring for what I dealt with over the weekend. I wish I called you earlier, thought my Landlord was taking care of it sooner. Thank You So Much! I will definitely call on you for any HVAC needs.
