Pedro, the technician, was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem to me and inform me of my options. He was polite and friendly, yet very professional. He stayed for well over 90 minutes while waiting for a team to arrive to drain my oil tank, just to make sure nothing went wrong and that I felt safe. Could not have asked for better service!

I'm very satisfied with the quality of Petro oil services. The staff from the calling center to the technician are professionals, friendly and knowledgeable.
Doug was great! Friendly and got right to work. I called at 9:30am and had a technician there by 2:30pm that day.
