<p>I am not happy with them. Their prices have gone up and I think their involvement has been less. I don't think they are as good as they used to be. They are a full service oil company. I have a maintenance contract with them and they do the oil for two boilers. I think their prices have gone up significantly for long-time customers. I guess their quality is okay and they are responsive. I was thinking of changing, but they talked me into staying. </p>
