I'm actually 400 miles away, but my son is minding the house. He tells me you responded quickly, found the problem, and fixed it (needed to replace some sort of coupling) in less than 30 minutes. This would be great service even in normals times, but when we're all on home-confinement it's more like "heroic."

Unfortunately, I had a lightning strike near my home the other night which shut down my furnace. I didn’t realize what had happened until around 1:00 am. I called Petro and was reassured that a technician would be at my home the next morning. I was given the option of having a technician between 2 and 5 am but opted for the morning. My problem was quickly rectified and I even was given the opportunity to have my annual maintenance completed which I accepted.
