I have had nothing but great experiences with the service, parts, and even sales department. i recently purchased a Wellis hot tub which we are loving. The salesperson Ron was great and so were the guys who delivered it. I use Pettis for my person pool and also for the pools at the properties I help manage. When I was shopping for a pool in April 2020, Pettis Pools were the only ones who gave me an actual list of all the costs, including the price for the pool, installation ect.ect.. Other competitors didn't and gave me the run around and told me to come back when I was trying to get all the information to see if I could afford it. Another reason I like Pettis Pools is that I have never owned a pool before and Pettis Pools makes maintenance of the pool really easy. From our very 1st phone call I knew I had the right place to purchase our 2nd hot tub(we went to several local places), Karen was personable and very educated on the products, no hard sell, just facts… the wait time was minimal and the delivery crew was wonderful! I wold HIGHLY recommend Pettis pools! Oh yeah and the hot tub is AWESOME!!
